Key Responsibilities
- Improve the manpower productivity levels by 25% from current productivity.
- Improving operational efficiencies, target of 90%
- Achieving TAT for packing, retrieval, refilling and customer queries.
- 100% closure of ‘4’ way incoming report and outgoing report (under design) so all boxes /files/documents at the point of entry & exit are scanned and recorded.
- To ensure that branch meets/ exceeds the set benchmarks on various Key Performance Areas.
- To meet Sales/ Key Accounts team once every fortnight to discuss issues and share operational progresses – QCM
- To ensure timely and proper communication with other departments, customers and head office
- To ensure that the facility is maintained as per standards and all cartons are stored as per procedure.
- To ensure that all escalations are resolved within the stipulated time-frame.
- To ensure that all system related updates are done on a timely manner in the location and any non-conformity is immediately brought to the notice of the seniors
- Analyzing reasons behind service delivery failures/malfunction and directing subordinates to rectify the defects.
Requirements
Professional Experience, skills,knowledge, and special expertise required:
- 3 years experience in handling operations
- Strong communication skills
- Professional from service industry,with hands on experience in handling operatios would be the ideal person for this role
- Should have an excellent understanding of the customer KPI.
