As a Beauty Advisor at Beauty Boutique, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized beauty and skincare advice to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Conduct skin assessments and recommend appropriate skincare routines.
- Apply makeup and skincare products during demonstrations.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and special projects.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, beauty, or skincare advisor role is preferred.
- Strong passion for beauty and skincare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Additional certifications in beauty or skincare are a plus.
