Brand & Communication Officer at ReelFruit

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Brand & Communication Lead in overseeing the department’s operation
  • Source and manage customer experience platforms (events, fairs) to deliver differentiated brand experiences that build customer loyalty.
  • See all activities/projects through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics that are data-centric
  • Prepare and manage content creation schedule and support the team in content creation, marketing, and other creative efforts.
  • Proffer through-the-line marketing platforms/initiatives to promote product offerings as well as reach consumers
  • Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms

Educational Qualification/Requirement

  • Proven experience as a Brand and Communication Officer or in a similar role for at least three years.
  • Strong knowledge of brand-building techniques and marketing principles
  • Proficiency in content creation, social media marketing, and management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creative brand storytelling and critical thinking skills
