Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to refine and champion our brand identity, enhance our market position, and drive growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand strategy, marketing communications, and product positioning. Although experience in the power industry is a plus, it’s not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective brand-building strategies to meet our business objectives.
- Drive brand consistency across all company marketing efforts and channels.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor industry trends.
- Being Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and communication.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to create impactful brand campaigns.
- Develop insightful, comprehensive reports to understand ROI and guide future decision-making.
- Manage the brand budget, ensuring resources are allocated optimally for maximum impact.
- Educate staff about our brand and champion its implementation throughout the company.

- Proficiency in English.
- Understanding of the Nigerian market.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or a master’s degree in marketing or a related field would be an added advantage
Experience
- At least 7 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role in Marketing.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
- Experience in the power industry or other related industries would be an added advantage.
