Job Summary:
- As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to build and maintain a strong brand image, drive business growth, and increase brand awareness.
- You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions to achieve brand goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Responible for the Band P&L
- Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform brand strategies.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, media planners, and internal teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize brand budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources. 6. Monitor and report the Brand performance through brand health indicators (NNS, GM, MC/BMI, 6 Ps Analysis, etc.) and key consumer KPIs (awareness, trial, attribute rating, etc.)
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Customer Marketing, Sales teams, R&D team, Supply chain, and external partners.
- Monitor and report on brand performance, using data to drive future marketing decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing initiatives.
Requirements/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative agencies and media partners.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- May require significant in-country travel.
- Flexibility to work on weekends.
