Hooligans have reportedly snatched ballot boxes in Abonnema community of Rivers State as voters exercised their rights during the governorship and House of Assembly elections.
According to reports gathered the incidents took place in Wards 5, 6, 7, 10, 11 and 12
The incident has created panic across the areas in the town.
