Organisers of the Black Entertainment Television Awards, popularly known as BET Awards, on Thursday, announced the nominees for the 18th annual “BET Hip-Hop Awards” 2023, honouring the past yea in Hip Hop music across 17 categories.
Nigerian singer, Damini Ogulu known as Burna Boy bagged seven nominations in this year’s edition of the award.
The categories include: ‘Hip-Hop Artiste of the Year’, ‘Song of the Year,’ ‘Best Hip-Hop Video’, ‘Best Collaboration’, ‘Best Live Performer’, ‘Lyricist of the Year’, and ‘Hustler of the Year’.
The award will be taped from Atlanta, GA, on Tuesday, October 3 and will premiere will premiere Tuesday, October 10, 2023.
