Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced BA/PM whose primary function will be to assess the requirements of projects and design relevant processes, workflows, and plans to drive the delivery of projects.
- They will also serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage communications on projects.
Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for the end-to-end delivery and coordination of projects including processes and personnel
- Determine project objectives and scope by studying business functions, gathering project information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Develop detailed workflows, process maps, and specification documents for projects
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, forming a project team, and establishing a project budget.
- Join in pre-sales activities to provide analytical input
- Gather and organize data, documents and other information necessary for smooth project execution
- Provide client feedback at every project milestone and monitor effective implementation.
- Identifying project risks and promptly take mitigation actions
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
- Manage the relationship with the client and other project stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare weekly project updates to various stakeholders about the strategy, adjustment, and progress on the project.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
- Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes both to the organization and the clients.
- Suggest changes to senior management using a detailed analytics reporting structure to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes and ensure quality assurance
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer
- Coordinate meetings with clients and serve as the team mouthpiece on project and top-level technical matters
Skill Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a technology related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis or project management role in a project based technology company
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to learn processes, tools and usage of core solutions on projects
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to create acceptable solutions and good perception for the company.
- Advanced technical skills and knowledge of project management tools.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competence in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Self-organizing and self-driven, requires minimum supervision
- Experience leading and developing top-performing agile teams on project delivery.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects in a fast-paced environment.
Advantage:
- Strong capability with Data Analysis and usage of analytics tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel
- Technical background strong enough to hold technical project discussions with clients
- Scrum or project management certification.
