Qualification:
- >4 years experience in sales, edtech, and related business verticals.
- Any business and leadership certification would be an added advantage
- Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the education or edtech industry.
- Strong understanding of the K-12 education market, including knowledge of key stakeholders and decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
