Business Development and Sales Manager at Fliplearnkids

We are looking for an individual who has a hunger for innovation and new market development.

Qualification:

  • >4 years experience in sales, edtech, and related business verticals.
  • Any business and leadership certification would be an added advantage
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the education or edtech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the K-12 education market, including knowledge of key stakeholders and decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
