Job description
- Lead cross-functional teams, manage existing partnerships, and evaluate company business goals
- Develop and deliver the sales strategy, achieve net sales and margin targets through effective leadership
- Monitor business strategies in order to ensure the long-term financial viability of the organization
- Manages performance and develop current staff and future team within the organization as per Performance Management Plan in order to facilitate high performance, succession planning and close performance gaps
- Manage performance and talent plan for team
- Implement functional plan and projects
- Negotiate and exceed financial & market share objectives
- Implement plans and to improve business profitability
- Maintain external stakeholder relations
- Manage internal/ key account/ third-party/ agents’ performance to exceed planned objectives
- Develop new categories into value chain
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.
- Develop Route To Market (RTM) strategies
Requirements
- Post Graduate qualification with relevant certification in Sales, Marketing or Business management is preferred
- Over 12 years’ experience; sector-specific sales experience including management experience in related business areas is preferred
- Experience across a broad range of sales channels is essential along with evidence of success
