Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities as well as growing existing accounts.
  • This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our target market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase sales and market penetration.
  • Grow and expand existing client base.
  • Identify, quantify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and forecasting sales accurately.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM and sales methodologies.
