Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning services tmeet their needs.
Account Growth and Retention:
- Develop and implement account strategies tgrow revenue from existing clients, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities, especially as the company expands intfreight forwarding.
- Identify and pursue opportunities tdeepen relationships with key clients, including expanding service offerings tinclude freight forwarding and other logistics services.
- Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps taddress any concerns, ensuring high levels of client retention and loyalty.
Sales and Business Development:
- Collaborate with the sales team tidentify and secure new business opportunities within existing key accounts, particularly in the areas of freight forwarding and international logistics.
- Participate in the development and execution of sales strategies tachieve revenue targets for key accounts.
- Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and contracts tclients, ensuring all terms are aligned with company goals and client expectations.
Client Relationship Management:

- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients tensure satisfaction and explore additional business opportunities.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, particularly in the logistics and freight forwarding sectors.
- Provide insights and recommendations tthe management team on potential business opportunities and risks within key accounts.
- Analyze client data and feedback tidentify patterns, preferences, and areas for improvement in service delivery.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Provide accurate and timely updates tthe management team on sales and business development activities.
Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a related field (e.g, e-commerce, logistics and supply chain, FMCG or real estate).
- Strong negotiation skills, especially in contract management with clients and service providers.
- Ability tanalyze market data, customer needs, and competitive landscapes tdrive strategic decision-making.
- Ability tidentify challenges and develop effective, efficient solutions.
- Experience in managing complex logistics projects, including coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- Good communication skills – oral and written.
- Relationship Management.
- Must have appropriate knowledge of inspection agents, Banks, shipping companies, and Terminals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Word)
- Ability twork independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
