Business Development Manager – Air Compressor at JMG

Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence for Kaeser air compressors.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, a deep understanding of industrial air compressor systems, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer base for Kaeser and Mobil air compressors.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries, including manufacturing, construction, automotive, and more.

Requirements

  • B.Eng./HND electrical/mechanical engineering is a must.
  • 7-8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or machinery industry, with a focus on air compressors or related products.
  • Strong understanding of compressed air systems, including compressor technologies, controls, and applications.
