Business Development Manager at Patjeda Group

Job Summary

  • Business Development Executives are responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings.
  • The Business Development Manager shall deliver the sales targets for a given portfolio within the Group by ensuring full understanding and execution of Brand, Customer and Account Plans and tactics.
  • The individual will be responsible for developing and implementation of the organization’s specific marketing vision and strategy within the country.
  • Ultimately, an outstanding Business Development Executive will keep a close eye on clients’ feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.

Job Description

  • Branding ideas and implementation, identifying sales lead, client service and retention plans, and analysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Identify and researching new business opportunities and partners that come up in existing markets.
  • Preparing and delivering pitches, presentations and communicating new service development to potential new clients.
  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong industrial relationships and customer partnerships to capitalize on opportunities and maximize business success.
  • Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
  • Implementation of marketing tactics (congresses, promotions, customer messaging) as described in the marketing plan.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients by remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Developing and presentation of engaging business proposals, contracts and business negotiations to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems by reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of Company and position.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or any Business Management related field
  • Extensive sales experience
  • Should have a portfolio of high net-worth clients to help integrate Company’s product and services
  • 5-8 years’ relevant experience in a similar role

Skills / Competencies:

  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • Proficiency in sales, business strategy, research, design thinking and business analysis
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
  • Great networking skills
  • Effective writing, communication, presentation and digital marketing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage effectively
  • Preferably female
