  • The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, fostering relationships and driving the sales and growth of our products with the IOCs.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and market trends within the international oil and gas sector.
  • Analyze competitors and industry dynamics to position our products effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate international oil companies, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Formulate innovative business models and pricing strategies to enhance market competitiveness.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions that align with their operational objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our Products.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to align products offerings with client requirements.
  • Provide feedback to enhance product features and address market demands.

Requirements

  • B.Eng. Business Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Min of 10 – 12 years’ experience in Sales, servicing IOCs.
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
  • Strong sales profile.
  • Technical Background is a plus.
  • Mastery experience in sales techniques.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
  • Experience with CRM software (ex: Salesforce).
  • Ability to deliver presentations effectively.
