- The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, fostering relationships and driving the sales and growth of our products with the IOCs.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and market trends within the international oil and gas sector.
- Analyze competitors and industry dynamics to position our products effectively.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate international oil companies, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Formulate innovative business models and pricing strategies to enhance market competitiveness.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions that align with their operational objectives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our Products.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to align products offerings with client requirements.
- Provide feedback to enhance product features and address market demands.
Requirements
- B.Eng. Business Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Min of 10 – 12 years’ experience in Sales, servicing IOCs.
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
- Strong sales profile.
- Technical Background is a plus.
- Mastery experience in sales techniques.
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
- Experience with CRM software (ex: Salesforce).
- Ability to deliver presentations effectively.
