Key Responsibilities
Key Tasks:
- Develop and maintain Business relationships and engagements with partners to Cards Portfolio (Prepaid, Debit, and Credit Cards)
- Identifying viable business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain Card business descriptions for each Card segment offering (Prepaid, Debit, and Credit Cards)
- Develop new business opportunities by performing market research to identify customer needs/trends and opportunities.
- Understand the competitive, environment and recommend plans and strategies to meet overall business objectives and optimize risk and return in Cards Business.
- Ensure the Card(s) are properly marketed and supported via available channels.
- Development of interest and fee-based pricing in support of the goal of optimizing the profitability of the Card Business
- Ensure the Cards business is aligned to the business objectives and desired customer & employee experience, and contribute to increasing market share, the share of wallet, customer retention, and product & customer profitability
Professional & Academic Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a Cards Business.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
