Business Development Specialist (Automobile Division) at Mikano

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Source and secure new business opportunities within the assigned sales territory.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive sales growth.
  • Work independently to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Exhibit an enthusiastic and personable demeanor to engage with clients at all levels.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ourMotors’ products and services.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

Academic Requirements

  • BSc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Relevant certifications would be a plus

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in selling light commercial vehicles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Drive: Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets independently.
  • Reliability: Commitment to delivering on promises and meeting deadlines.
  • Customer Service: Strong desire to deliver the highest levels of customer service.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be very good in business writing presentation.
