Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Define and prioritize product features based on business objectives, user feedback, and market opportunities.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on features accordingly.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Comprehensive data sales analysis and design experience and knowledge of data modeling.
- Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
- Develop and implement a suitable framework for collating, analyzing, and reporting on Group performance
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts and intelligence leads within the industry to share best practices, source relevant information; and identify opportunities to improve the quality of decision-making within the FCMG as a whole.
- Coordinate market and competitor intelligence to support Group decision-making
- Collate activity and performance reports across the Group,
- Manage and maintain the data, intelligence, and reports obtained and created within the Group in an orderly and accessible format.
- Document/ compile relevant reports and presentations on Group performance for a variety of stakeholder needs
- Conversant with other regions of Nigeria
Qualifications
- HND/ B.Sc. in relevant discipline with 9 years of relevant experience.
- Specialist in Microsoft Suites
- Presentation skills is a must.
- Certifications in Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft BI Stack are a plus
- Good Communication skills.
