Business Process Automation (BPA) Lead at Wragby Business Solutions and Technologies Limited

Job Summary

  • As a BPA Lead, you will work as part of the team to build, optimize, secure, and manage clients’ PowerApps.
  • The preferred candidate must be knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies, willing to learn more about power platform solutions, and should have the ability to provide technical expertise to the team and clients at all levels by assisting them with requirements definition, providing them with solutions and steering them in the right direction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform lead implementation and consulting role as a PowerApps developer as per business requirements.
  • Participate in solution demos to intending customers.
  • Connect data from different sources like SharePoint, SQL, or Dataverse in PowerApps.
  • Develop flows in Power Automate to automate processes.
  • Migrate apps from the development environment to test production as per timelines.
  • Liaising with Power BI developers to support reports and dashboards.
  • Work with our team of Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts to create and implement best-in-class solutions for our clients.
  • Document functional and solution specifications for deployed solutions.
  • Develop Solution Overview documentation to guide implementation efforts.
  • Develop, administer, and analyze client questionnaires to elicit functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Build, deploy, and enhance solutions for our clients leveraging the Power Platform.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • A Minimum of two (2) years full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and MS Power Platform.
  • Experience developing Microsoft SharePoint Online sites
  • Experience using Power Automate to create Document Review and Approval Workflows
  • Developing complex SharePoint Lists
  • MS Power Platform (Forms, PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Passion for Microsoft technology.
  • Proficient in Excel formula structure.
  • Basic awareness of any common coding language entities (variables, functions).
  • Basic understanding of SQL or any similar Database.
  • Ability to understand logical linking between different sets of controls and variables.
  • Ability to quickly learn how existing systems operate.
  • Excellent reporting, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Prior working experience with Microsoft SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate is a plus.
  • Experience designing SharePoint workflows using multiple inputs, lists, and Power Automate processes.
  • Dataverse experience is a plus.
  • Related Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.
