- We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative (CCR). As a Call Center Representative at Patjeda Group, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and a thorough understanding of our diverse service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about Patjeda Group’s services and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Utilize CRM software to document and track customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
- Meet or exceed customer service and call handling Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and first call resolution rates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the call center to enhance the overall customer experience.
