- Substantial relevant commercial and/ or management reporting experience, including significant exposure to senior executives and directors
- An in-depth knowledge of business planning, budgeting and budget review processes, financial modeling, and post-investment review tools and methodologies, and enterprise performance analytics and reporting
- Highly developed understanding of commercial realities and well-developed business acumen
- Broad knowledge of finance processes and flows (especially pricing and revenue management)
- Highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to bring together diverse data and information and form sound judgments and insights.
- Able to determine and steer business implications of change management
- Skills to manage a professional Finance-organization
- Diagnoses and problem-solving.

- BSc/HND degree in any discipline with a minimum of second-class lower degree/upper credit
- Experience working as a finance business partner preferably in an FMCG.
- Any professional accounting qualification is an added advantage/plus
