You will partner to plant management and manage the overall financial integrity and performance of a manufacturing site. You will support the Plant Leadership team in preparing and executing business proposals, verifying assumptions, and checking for daily execution. You will manage finance for a complex plant cluster, hub or large manufacturing plant.

You will:
- Manage finance planning and performance management processes and related financial decisions potentially including strategic plan and annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a manufacturing plant, plant cluster or hub.
- Support a strong controls and compliance environment in the manufacturing plant. You will also ensure that policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place.
- Partner with plant management to provide critical financial perspective and insight for business strategies and decisions. You will also monitor and adjust execution of actions.
- Drive for harmonization, efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the Finance team.
- Build a high-performing Finance team. You will also recruit and develop Finance talent and drive our Finance talent agenda with a focus on Supply Chain/plant controlling.

- TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and strategy development, investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets.
- BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and snacking market including Supply Chain/manufacturing dynamics. Relevant experience in a large regional (or global) corporation.

- Manage and execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modelling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will own data collection and verify data integrity.
- Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies.
- Manage month end reporting of category P&L’s including commentary.
- Help the senior manager and the business prepare critical financial data and insight that enable perspectives for business strategies and decisions.
- Lead projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Manage the A&C budgets and actuals and be a business partner to the local Marketing Team
- Influence and perform financial modelling regarding pricing.
- Support and lead SKU rationalisation, sufficiency, 9 box analysis as and when regional submissions are due.
- Support the finance digital ambition.
- Support the local FD, MD as required.
- Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of Finance peers and drive our Finance talent agenda within the organization, with a focus on local FP&A pipeline.
Education / Certifications:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- In-depth knowledge/understanding of FP&A.
- Preferred ACCA/CIMA or similar professional qualification (may be in final stage of qualification).
- Good knowledge of US GAAP / International Accounting Standards and Statutory Accounting system
