Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Chinese Translator at Speedaf Nigeria located in Lagos.
- As a Chinese Translator, your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and timely translation services from Chinese to English and vice versa.
- You will be translating various types of documents, including emails, reports, and legal documents. Additionally, you will assist with interpretation during meetings and conferences.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Proven experience as a translator or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of cultural nuances and familiarity with Chinese customs and traditions
- Proficiency in using translation software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese, must be at least on HSK 4 level
