Job Description
- The Cinematographer/Graphic Designer shall have amongst others, the following primary responsibilities:
- Should be able to Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software to create and design visual concepts and various materials for print and digital collateral.
- Collaborating with art directors, branding experts, front end developers, marketing, content and other professionals to create excellent media.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
- Have a Solid knowledge of design and visual principles.
- Must be able to operate drones.
- Must be an editor.
- Must be knowledgeable about motion graphics.
Job Requirements
- Must have a Degree from a reputable University.
- 3 – 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Having digital marketing/other IT skills will be an added advantage.
- Prior Experience working with real estate companies will be an added advantage.
Competences and Qualities:
- In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including operations, product and service offerings, players, key trends and growth drivers.
- Must have an artistic vision, ability to conceptualize, creativity, pay attention to detail, and ability to both give and follow given instructions.
- Must Possess a win-win attitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – people management and leadership skills.
