Client Service Representative at Brand Regimen SFS Limited

Job Description

  • We are looking to employ a Female Client Service Representative with experience in a Marketing Agency. She will be responsible for collaborating with relevant departments to better address Clients’ needs promptly.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities through Client briefs, ideate, and proffer timely solutions to Clients’ complaints in a professional manner, while providing regular updates to Management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and provide outstanding customer service experience/ support.
  • Maintain accurate/updated records of all existing and potential clients for efficient service delivery.
  • Present proposals and suggest business ideas for brand expansion and penetration
  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries and proffer solutions to client complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct a market survey and generate a competitive analysis of current market trends of brands.
  • Coordinate, train, and deploy Brand Ambassadors/Promoters to stores and activation locations.
  • Monitor, track, and manage project supervisors, merchandisers, and promoters for efficient delivery of assigned projects/accounts.
  • Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.

Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or an industry-related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Client Service Representative.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and relationship management
  • Strong budget & negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
