The Coachella festival which is one of the world’s biggest music festivals, scheduled to take place next month, has reportedly been postponed to October in light of the coronavirus outbreak.
According to the Riverside County Department of Public Health, there are three new cases of coronavirus already confirmed in the Coachella Valley region and according to report the festival has been postponed by a further six months as fears of the virus spreading around the US increases daily.
An online petition asking organizers to cancel the event has already gathered 16,000 signatures as at Monday.
