  • The College Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the College.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, managing the budget, scheduling events and meetings, maintaining records, and reporting to the Management.
  • The College Administrator is also responsible for ensuring that the College complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the College budget
  • Schedule events and meetings
  • Managing the Pastoral Plans of the College
  • Student Progression
  • Ensure that the College complies with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a school administration or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
