Community Manager at Jenniez School of African Interior Design

Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month

Job Details

  • Develop a content marketing plan and editorial calendar for the brand
  • Set and implement social media  and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Assist to maintain accurate records of all students including personal and academic information
  • Assist with the Coordination of registration process and ensure compliance with policies and regulations of all students, including personal and academic information
  • Assist with the Management of  academic calendars and schedules including course registration, exam schedules and graduation
  • Respond to inquiries from students, staff and parents regarding registration, academic policies and other related matters.
  • Overseeing the student admissions and graduation process
  • Ensuring records are updated with finance and Head of school
  • Train students on how to use software related to teaching materials and assignment.
  • Create engaging and shareable content for a blog, facebook page, Instagram, monthly newsletters and /or promotional video
  • Monitor social media campaigns and analyse web traffic from the online community using key performance indicators(KPIs)
  • Execute community initiatives and programs
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree / HND in relevant fields with 3 – 5 years work experience.
  • Social Media savvy ; Instagram, facebook, Tik tok, Twitter, Linked In is a MUST
