- We are recruiting for a Full time position of a Complaints Resolution & Payment Processing officer who will work with a team in the company.
- Involves resolving of complaints escalated by customer service department.
- Handling of payments including processing, refunds etc.
Requirements
Applicant must possess:
- B.Sc in any field.
- Very fluent in written and spoken English.
- Age: Not above 26 years.
- Understanding of basic financial practices.
- Customer orientation and negotiation skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
