Content Development Specialist at Wemy Industries Limited

Key Responsibilities:

Database Research & Content Development:

  • Research industry-specific hiring trends and develop question banks for various job roles across multiple industries.
  • Generate and maintain an extensive database of questions and answers, including multiple-choice questions, scenario-based assessments, and technical questions.
  • Ensure the database includes relevant global hiring standards and best practices for diverse job roles.

AI-Driven Content Generation:

  • Utilize AI tools to generate and optimize content, ensuring scalability, relevance, and accuracy of the questions and answers.
  • Train and fine-tune AI models to generate questions based on specific job requirements, competencies, and skill levels.
  • Continuously test and evaluate AI-generated content to ensure quality and consistency across the database.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with product managers, HR professionals, and subject matter experts to identify content needs for the application.
  • Work closely with AI engineers to develop AI-based solutions for automating the generation and categorization of content.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to localize content and ensure alignment with global hiring practices.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Conduct regular reviews of the content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and cultural sensitivity for global markets.
  • Ensure that the question bank complies with industry standards and regulations such as anti-discrimination and equal opportunity guidelines.
  • Regularly update and maintain the database to reflect changes in industry requirements and hiring trends.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to improve the quality and effectiveness of the content.
  • Keep up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies, content development practices, and recruitment trends to continuously enhance the content offering.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Education, Content Development, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in content development, instructional design, or educational content creation, preferably in a recruitment or HR technology context.
  • Experience in database development, research, and curation of industry-specific assessments and evaluation tools.
  • Proficiency in using AI-driven content generation tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with global hiring practices, recruitment processes, and pre-employment assessment tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure quality, relevance, and consistency across large-scale databases.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript (to work with AI tools).
  • Experience in using AI tools for natural language processing (NLP) and content generation (e.g., GPT, BERT).
  • Familiarity with assessment design and psychometrics.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
