Ojodu LCDA commences Tinubu Complex Foundation

The Ojodu Local Council Development Area in Lagos State has commenced the foundation of the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu Office Complex in Ojodu.

The council chairman, Olumuyiwa Julius Oloro express that the project was solely sponsored and financed by the LCDA.

According to the chairman, he noted that the N250 million project will be use as the administrative office of the council, council’s training and conference rooms, medical centre and other essential departments of the council.

He said, “It will go a long way in easing the stress of the work in the council, as it boasts of spacious and conducive offices of international standard. It will provide an enabling environment that will increases the productivity level of the staff and promote good image of our council.”

Meanwhile, Oloro added that the complex will be completed by December, also noting that the mall will come into fruition in July.

“We are hoping that by December, we ought to have finished it. We have an agreement with the contractors that between now and December, it will be ready,” he said.

The council chairman also stated that the mall, upon completion will be the first ever built by any council chairman in the country.
