Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the visual identity and branding of the company.
- Must love designing in systems, thus, ensuring brand consistency and visual identity across all channels, including digital and print media
- Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for digital and print media, including website, social media, email marketing, advertisements, brochures, flyers, decks, and other marketing materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative campaigns that align with the brand’s identity and business objectives
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve the quality of our visual communication so that the brand’s visual identity remains relevant and modern.
- Create visual assets such as logos, icons, typography, and color palettes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing materials and products align with the brand’s identity.
- Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and gather feedback to refine and iterate on designs.
- Manage project timelines and deliver designs within deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 2-3 years of working experience in the fintech industry.
