Responsibilities
- Create designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s visual brand identity, ensuring all designs reflect the brand’s values and personality.
- Design and update brand collateral such as logos, business cards, menus, signage, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling graphics for advertising campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Design visually appealing content for email marketing, social media posts, website updates, and other digital platforms.
- Develop innovative packaging designs that attract customers and differentiate our products from competitors.
- Design eye-catching and informative materials to enhance customer experience and engagement within the company.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to understand design needs and objectives.
- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to keep our brand fresh and innovative.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the food and beverage or QSR industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and relevant project experience.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of printing processes, color management, and digital design best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience in video editing and animation.
- Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
- Understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
