In this Credit Control Specialist position
- You will support the Credit Control Manager in definition of the local and non-global processes.
- You will work closely with other DPDHL entities to ensure open lines of communication are maintained.
- You will manage customer credit limits to minimize bad and doubtful debts, while meeting commercial needs.
- You will support Credit Control Manager in the review of the service providers performance.
- You will support compliance to policies, procedures, and SOPs for Credit Control process.
- You will support business by providing customer creditworthiness information and warning about implied risks.
- You will perform Petty Cash Reconciliation and posting of Petty Cash Entries (Replenishment and Vouchers)
- You will assist in developing counter measures to address root causes of receivables problems, risks and inefficiencies plus follow up and review results in order to proactively identify new risks through process and system walk-through tests.
Now, here’s what we need from you
- A university Degree in accounting/finance or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years’ experience or more in Credit Collection.
- Excellent communicator in English, both written and oral.
