Role Overview:
- We are looking for driven passionate problem solvers and self-starters to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the credit underwriting officer by driving communications with merchants, following up with disbursals, and repayments.
What you’ll do:
- Review loan requests
- Evaluate creditworthiness and risks, prior to underwriting
- Drive communications with internal teams and merchants at every point of the loan journey
- Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation
- Maintain updated records of loan applications
- Follow up with clients about loan renewals
- Monitor progress of existing loans
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience and results as a Credit Support/Specialist or similar role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Perceptive and a fast learner: you’re able to quickly understand the technology that powers Traction Apps, and able to help customers achieve their goals, even if they’re unable to articulate those goals
- A positive, polite, confident, sincere, and friendly disposition
- The ability to solve problems and to think quickly on your feet
