Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will have an interesting role of working with the elite financing team of our business.
  • You will provide the essential link between the customers and the financing partners.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage lead management on status of conversion.
  • Supervise Onboarding and Documentation for onboarding for Dealer financing.
  • Manage vehicle request sourcing and inspection.
  • Oversee inspection, document verification process and payment process.
  • Manage and maintain partnership with vendors (tracking, vehicle registration, routine service, insurance).
  • Oversee ancillary services and pickup of vehicles and documents.
  • Ensure adequate process flow to minimize turnaround time.
  • Ensure invoices, reports and necessary documents are made available to customers for the financing process, with proper documentation done.
  • Ensure tracker monitoring and repossession process for Consumer Financing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1 – 3 years work experience.
  • We believe that you will succeed better if you possess the following:
  • Experience in a Fintech industry with knowledge of credit scoring is required
  • Strong customer service orientation and sales competencies.
  • Experience in vendor relationship management.
  • Experience in an Automobile industry will be an advantage.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
