Responsibilities
- Oversee the interactions between customers and key team members.
- Use CRM and ERP systems to manage relationships internally and externally.
- Development and nurturing of customer retention plan.
- Oversee and manage all existing and unsatisfied clients.
- Supervise all activities related to our maintenance services.
- Developing plans that will ensure high profitability for our maintenance activities.
- Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help-related matters.
- Analyzing data and creating reports for insights into team operations and productivity.
- Reaching out to big industry players in fish importation.
- Drafting and executing a robust after sales maintenance plan that will woo big players in the fishery industry into the Organization’s maintenance/service net.
- Ensuring 0 tolerance to customer’s dissatisfaction.

Educational Qualifications
- First Degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Marketing with 3 – 5 years experience.
Skills:
- Attention to Detail
- Proven customer support experience.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Familiar with CRM and ERP systems and practices.
- Strong phone contract handing skills and active listening.
- Resolving Conflicts.
- Data management understanding.
