Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Officer role located in Lagos.
- The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, providing customer support, creating a positive customer experience, and providing customer service.
- The Customer Service Officer will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, handling customer complaints, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Experience in providing excellent customer support
- Proven experience in creating a positive customer experience
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience working in the financial services industry is a plus
