Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Officer role located in Lagos.
  • The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, providing customer support, creating a positive customer experience, and providing customer service.
  • The Customer Service Officer will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, handling customer complaints, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Experience in providing excellent customer support
  • Proven experience in creating a positive customer experience
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience working in the financial services industry is a plus
