Role / Responsibilities
- Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails.
- Escalate all exceptions for resolution.
- Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification.
- 0 – 2 years relevant experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Applicants should be resident around Balogun Market, Lagos Island axis and Lekki Phase 1 axis.
