Customer Service Representative at GUO Transport Company Limited

Role / Responsibilities

  • Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails.
  • Escalate all exceptions for resolution.
  • Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification.
  • 0 – 2 years relevant experience.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Applicants should be resident around Balogun Market, Lagos Island axis and Lekki Phase 1 axis.
