Locations: Festac, Amuwo Odofin, Iba, Alaba International, Ojo – Lagos

Job Role / Responsibilities

  • Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails
  • Escalate all exceptions for resolution
  • Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND
  • 0 – 2 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Applicants should reside in Festac/Amuwo and Iba.
