Customer Service Representative at Monmartt Kids

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers online via various platforms.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Attend to customers online via all platforms.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customers’ complaints.
  • Processing orders, forms and requests.
  • Keeping records of customers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Saturdays: 8:30am to 7pm
  • Sundays: 12:00pm to 06:00pm.
  • 6 Off days in month including 2 Sundays.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / N.C.E / HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N60,000 Monthly.
