Responsibilities
- Attend to customers online via various platforms.
- Answer phone calls.
- Attend to customers online via all platforms.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Acknowledging and resolving customers’ complaints.
- Processing orders, forms and requests.
- Keeping records of customers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Saturdays: 8:30am to 7pm
- Sundays: 12:00pm to 06:00pm.
- 6 Off days in month including 2 Sundays.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / N.C.E / HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N60,000 Monthly.
