Job Description
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Engage with the sales team on marketing strategies and promotion plan
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Job Requirements
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, OND may be considered with good salesexperience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- 1 to 2 years sales and customer service experience.
- Good communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Candidates within Berger, Opic and it’s environs are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
