Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month

- Qualification: BA/B.Sc./HND in Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities:
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue and enhance the customer experience.
- Provide product information, answer questions and address customers’ concerns.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in our products.
- Assist customers promptly, addressing their needs, enquiries and concerns with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Develop strong relationships with customers.
- Provides satisfactory response to customer’s request/enquiries on products.
- Close sales over the phone, achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations.
- Resolve issues as they arise and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to Management to improve product offerings and customer service.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales and meet targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Strong ethical and professional conduct when handling sensitive customer information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, with experience in CRM software
- Proven working experience as Customer Service Representative.
