Customer Service Representative at Superflux International Limited

Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Required Experience: Minimum of 2year(s)
  • Qualification:  BA/B.Sc./HND in Marketing or related field.
  • Job Field:  Customer Care, Sales/Marketing/Retail/Business Development

Responsibilities:

  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue and enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide product information, answer questions and address customers’ concerns.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in our products.
  • Assist customers promptly, addressing their needs, enquiries and concerns with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers.
  • Provides satisfactory response to customer’s request/enquiries on products.
  • Close sales over the phone, achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations.
  • Resolve issues as they arise and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to Management to improve product offerings and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales and meet targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Strong ethical and professional conduct when handling sensitive customer information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, with experience in CRM software
  •  Proven working experience as Customer Service Representative.
