Description
This intern will work with the Customer Experience Program Manager to analyze customer survey feedback, categorize and organize the results, and compile presentations for internal use.
Requirements
- Suitable for someone Corp member still in search of PPA or pre-NYSC
- Should be willing to come to the office 2 – 3 days a week as our internship positions are hybrid
- Preferably someone who resides around Gbagada axis.
- A passion for excellent service
- An analytical mind
- Good verbal communication and writing skills
- Good use of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- A willingness to learn
