Customer Success Intern at Reliance HMO

Description

This intern will work with the Customer Experience Program Manager to analyze customer survey feedback, categorize and organize the results, and compile presentations for internal use.

Requirements

  • Suitable for someone Corp member still in search of PPA or pre-NYSC
  • Should be willing to come to the office 2 – 3 days a week as our internship positions are hybrid
  • Preferably someone who resides around Gbagada axis.
  • A passion for excellent service
  • An analytical mind
  • Good verbal communication and writing skills
  • Good use of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • A willingness to learn
