DEI Manager at Tetra Pak

Job Summary

  • The DEI Manager will strongly contribute to the goals of the Talent and DEI department by leading projects to support Tetra Pak’s efforts in fostering a culture of belonging, equity, and respect for all (multigeneration, disability, DEI policies, DEI learning).
  • This role will be pivotal in developing and implementing strategies to enhance accessibility across all aspects of our organization, from physical spaces to digital platforms, fostering an environment where everyone can fully participate and thrive.

What you will do

Key responsibilities will be distributed over the below areas:

Disability / Accessibility

  • Lead the disability inclusion project
    • Global guideline definition (facilities, digital accessibility, digital assistive technology, hiring, learning, communication)
    • Policy creation (workplace adjustment policy)
    • Manage phased deployment across the organization, including 2 pilots in 2024
  • Create awareness on disability inclusion across the organization
  • Define disability inclusion metrics to track progress
  • Develop a network of disability experts from within the organization and consult with them on a regular basis
  •  Manage relationships with external partners (UN, Business Disabiloity Forum, …)

Diversity Equity and Inclusion

  •  Deploy initiatives to support multigeneration in the organization
  • Oversee DEI learning (inclusive leadership programme, updates to DEI channel o myLearning)
  • Reinforce awareness and understanding on cultural diversity

Project management for ad hoc programmes in the Talent and DEI department

We believe you have

  • 5+ years experience in Human resources or in any relevant area
  • Passion for and understanding of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to influence and convince skills
  • Business acumen, exposure to stakeholders on various levels
  • Proficiency in project management, and consulting skills
  • Ability to build an external network for benchmark
  • Drive and result orientation
  • Proven data management/analysis skills
  • Experience in DEI and disability a plus
  • University bachelor’s degree in Human resources or equivalent
