Job Description

  • Work with the growth team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Work with the growth team in planning and overseeing marketing activities such as Market activations, Campus activations, road shows, Experiential, etc.
  • Creating consistent and meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
  • Performing marketing tasks such as Email marketing and SMS blasts.
  • Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
  • Manage the development, implementation, monitoring, tracking and optimizing of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns such as Google AdWords. This includes identifying and tracking industry keywords and their popularity.
  • Build and maintain AdWords landing pages, building content and structure that drives Click Through Rate and leads.
  • Drive impactful incremental revenue growth by generating high-quality sales-ready leads from new customers.
  • Growing the number of followership of all company’s social media page to an acceptable number as would be assigned.
  • Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media and marketing in general.
  • Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content.
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
  • Drive traffic to company page.
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
  • Executing branding task and overseeing production of brand merchandize.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Head of Growth.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree qualification with 4 – 6 years work experience.
